Job description
A popular and nurturing primary school in Watford is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Class Teacher to join its Early Years team on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping children’s earliest school experiences within a supportive and ambitious setting. About the Role The successful candidate will lead a Reception class within a well-resourced and thoughtfully designed Early Years environment. You will deliver high-quality provision that promotes early literacy, communication, curiosity and independence through both structured teaching and purposeful play. You will work as part of a collaborative EYFS team that values creativity, reflective practice and strong foundations that set children up for future success.
