Your Role as an SEN Teacher: 🔹 Provide Targeted Support – Work with students with additional needs, creating tailored learning plans to support their academic and personal growth. 🔹 Foster Independence & Confidence – Help students build the skills they need to succeed both academically and socially. 🔹 Collaborate with Staff – Work closely with the SENCO and other teachers to ensure all students are supported in their learning. 🔹 Monitor & Track Progress – Regularly assess students' progress and adapt strategies to ensure their success. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with additional needs. ✅ Passionate About SEN – A commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with SEN. ✅ Empathetic & Patient – Able to provide the individual support each student requires. ✅ Creative & Adaptive – Able to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. ✅ Strong Communication Skills – Work well with staff, students, and parents to support each child's development. ✅ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to apply).
