Job description
Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join our school in Slough from September 2025. If you are dedicated to helping students with additional needs succeed and flourish in an inclusive and supportive environment, this is the role for you! About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will work with students with a wide range of learning needs, including dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and more. What You’ll Be Doing Providing tailored lessons and interventions for students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum. Developing individual learning plans in collaboration with other teachers, teaching assistants, and external professionals. Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods and interventions to meet the specific needs of each student. Promoting an inclusive learning environment where students with SEN are encouraged to participate fully in all aspects of school life. Supporting the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them to build confidence and resilience. Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best possible support for students with additional needs.
