Job description
An Outstanding 3-form entry school in Redbridge is looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from April 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role with interviews taking place as soon as possible. Position: Year 3 Teacher Start Date: April 2025 Location: Redbridge Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the School This high-achieving primary school in Redbridge is known for its excellent teaching standards and nurturing environment. The leadership team is committed to supporting both staff and students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. The school prioritizes professional development, providing teachers with opportunities to grow in their careers. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons tailored to Year 3 students. Track student progress, offer feedback, and set achievable targets. Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning. Adapt teaching methods to cater to a diverse range of learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching standards across the school. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Take part in staff meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives. Requirements A degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Experience teaching in KS2, particularly Year 3, with a sound understanding of the National Curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to fostering a love for learning in children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Dedication to continuous professional development.
