Job description
An established and respected independent school in Ealing is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly efficient School Business Manager to join their leadership team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to play a key strategic role in the ongoing success, growth and smooth operation of the school. The school prides itself on high standards, a nurturing ethos and a commitment to providing an exceptional educational experience for pupils. They are now looking for a skilled professional who can lead on finance, operations and compliance while contributing positively to the wider school community. Contract Details Role: School Business Manager Start: January 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Ealing (Independent School) About the School This independent school is known for its warm atmosphere, strong leadership and forward-thinking approach. Staff work collaboratively, and the school maintains robust systems across finance, operations and administration. The successful candidate will join a supportive senior team who value clear communication, efficiency and professionalism.
