Job description
We are working with a community-focused Independent primary school in Lewisham recruiting for a School Receptionist for an ASAP start. The Role You will be the central point of information for staff and parents, ensuring the smooth running of the school office. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Managing the main entrance and all visitor sign-in procedures Processing school meal payments and managing student data Assisting with the administration of extracurricular clubs Drafting formal school correspondence for the Headteacher Coordinating deliveries and internal post distribution What the School Is Looking For A positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to assist across the team Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding data entry A commitment to maintaining the school’s professional reputation Why Join Salary Range: £27,500 – £31,000 (Inner London) A stable, supportive team in a beautiful school setting Opportunities for career progression into school administration How to Apply If you are interested in this Receptionist role in Lewisham, please submit your CV.
