Job description
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and committed Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Swindon. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January or by agreement. Job Overview You will be responsible for: • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available depending on specialism) • Planning and delivering engaging and structured lessons • Assessing student progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs • Contributing to departmental planning and development • Promoting high standards of behaviour and learning The School This Swindon secondary school is known for: • A positive Ofsted rating • Well-equipped science laboratories • Clear behaviour expectations and strong student engagement • Supportive leadership and collaborative staff culture • A focus on staff development and student wellbeing Experience & Qualifications • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Ability to teach Science confidently at secondary level • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills • A positive and proactive approach to teaching Application Please submit your CV to be considered for this Science Teacher role in Swindon.
