Location: Southampton, Hampshire Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS – Competitive & in line with experience Are you a passionate History Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching career in a supportive and nurturing school environment? Your Role as a History ECT Deliver dynamic and engaging History lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Participate in regular CPD sessions to enhance your teaching skills. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities. Who We’re Looking For A committed History graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Passionate about teaching History and creating an engaging classroom environment. Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Eager to learn and grow as an educator in a supportive school setting.
