Job description
A large, reputable 11–18 secondary school in Coventry is seeking a confident and highly organised School Administrator to join its central admin team from January 2026 . About the Role Working at the heart of the school’s operations office, you will provide professional administrative support across teaching, pastoral and data functions. No two days are the same — this is a busy, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a structured but people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing the main inbox and responding to parent, staff and external enquiries Producing letters, reports, timetables and newsletters Supporting the pastoral team with student records and attendance queries Handling sensitive data in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements Liaising with external agencies, supply staff and service providers Providing admin support for key school events, including parents’ evenings and CPD days About the School The school is known for its strong leadership, excellent pastoral care and modern facilities, including a newly refurbished admin suite with secure storage, meeting rooms and centralised printing.
