About the Role As a KS2 Teacher , your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Using assessment effectively to track pupil progress and inform next steps. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and resilience. Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership to drive standards and outcomes. Contributing to wider school life, including enrichment opportunities and events. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Recent or relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2. Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment expectations. Effective classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and learning. A reflective, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
