Job description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic English Teacher to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated mixed gender secondary school in Camden. This full-time, permanent position, with an ASAP start, offers a fantastic opportunity to ignite a passion for language and literature in students. About the Role: As an English Teacher, you will deliver a vibrant and engaging English curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a dynamic learning environment where students explore their creativity and analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging English lessons. Cultivate a stimulating learning atmosphere. Implement innovative teaching methodologies. Assess and monitor student progress. Collaborate to refine the English curriculum. Participate in extracurricular activities. Promote a culture of literacy. Ideal Candidate: Passion for English literature and language. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent). Experience teaching English at secondary level. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Commitment to an inclusive learning environment.
