Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Headteacher to join a vibrant primary school with a "Good" Ofsted rating based in the heart of Hackney. In this role, you will work closely with the Headteacher to provide leadership across the school, helping to drive forward the school’s vision and ensuring all students reach their full potential. Assistant Head Responsibilities Support the Headteacher with school leadership and management. Lead and develop a team of teachers to deliver high-quality education. Oversee curriculum development and implementation. Work with the wider community to ensure the school’s values are embedded in all areas of school life. Manage and monitor pupil progress and ensure appropriate interventions are in place. Assistant Head Requirements Significant teaching and leadership experience within a primary school setting.
