Job description
Our client, a Good co-educational secondary school and sixth form in Oxford , is seeking a Psychology ECT to join their vibrant and forward-thinking Social Sciences department. This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated early-career teacher to develop their skills in a nurturing and academically ambitious environment. Role Overview The Psychology ECT will teach well-structured and engaging lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and evidence-based discussion. You will work under the guidance of an experienced mentor and participate in a tailored induction programme that prioritises professional growth and reflective practice.
