Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a strategic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Manchester. This is a central role within the school’s leadership support structure, perfect for an HR professional looking to make a long-term impact on staff well-being and recruitment. About the Role Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management. Provide expert advice to the Senior Leadership Team on employment law and school policies. About the School Located in the heart of Manchester , this school is known for its scholarly atmosphere and high ambitions for both pupils and staff. It is a tranquil, well-ordered environment where visitors consistently comment on the welcoming and professional tone. The school prides itself on being a supportive "home away from home" for its diverse staff body. Requirements CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in HR management, preferably within an educational or public sector setting. Must have the right to work in the UK.
