Job description
Borough: Haringey Contract: Permanent, Full-Time | Start: ASAP Salary: £27,500 – £30,500 per annum The Opportunity This high-energy secondary school and sixth form in Haringey supports over 1,200 students. The school has a reputation for excellence in sports and the arts, and the reception team is at the heart of this fast-paced environment. The school requires a resilient professional who can thrive under pressure. Role & Responsibilities Call Management: Handling a high volume of calls from parents, external agencies, and other educational institutions. Student Liaison: Dealing with student inquiries at the desk, ranging from timetable queries to reporting lost items. Pastoral Support: Coordinating closely with the pastoral team regarding student attendance and student welfare notifications. Security: Monitoring the school’s main gate and CCTV to ensure the site remains secure throughout the day.
