Job description
A school in Ealing is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to commence January 2026. The successful School Business Manager will be accountable for finance, HR, premises and procurement, ensuring effective financial controls and sound operational practice. The School Business Manager will prepare monthly management accounts, support budget-setting and liaise with governors and external auditors. This School Business Manager role will be central to maintaining the school’s financial health and enabling high-quality education delivery. • School Business Manager required to work on a full-time position • School Business Manager required to work within a school in Ealing • School Business Manager to join a forward-looking and efficient operational team The appointed School Business Manager will be expected to start in January 2026 and to support the leadership team with timely, clear financial information from January 2026 onwards. The School Business Manager will be based in Ealing, manage payroll and pensions processes, oversee contracts and supplier relationships, and lead on premises management and compliance.
