Job description
The Headteacher of this well-respected secondary school is looking to appoint a dedicated and skilled Site Manager to take responsibility for the effective management of the school premises. This role is vital to the smooth running of the school and would suit someone who is practical, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards across the site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager seeking a long-term role within a supportive and professional school environment. The school values its support staff highly and offers clear expectations, strong leadership support, and a manageable workload. What the school is looking for: Lincolnshire January or Immediate Start Site Manager / Premises Manager Full-Time | Permanent Experience overseeing building maintenance and site safety Strong understanding of health and safety compliance Ability to manage contractors and external services Responsibility for site security and alarm systems A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach Good communication and organisational skills The successful candidate will take pride in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained. They will work closely with school leadership to plan maintenance schedules and respond effectively to day-to-day operational needs. School Information This is an 11–18 secondary school located in Lincolnshire, recognised for its strong sense of community, well-maintained facilities, and positive working environment. The school is well led and places a high value on the contribution of its support staff.
