Job description
Science Teacher required from January 2026 to work on a full-time, permanent basis Academically ambitious school in Dorchester Excellent opportunity for an inspiring Science Teacher to join a high-performing department with a record of strong student outcomes We are seeking a Science Teacher to join a very good, forward-thinking school in Dorchester . This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a stimulating academic environment and is passionate about encouraging curiosity and scientific exploration across KS3–KS5. Experience and Qualifications • Science Teacher able to teach up to KS5 (specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics welcomed) • Excellent classroom management and planning skills • Strong commitment to academic excellence and innovative pedagogy • QTS (PGCE or equivalent) • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This very good Dorchester school is known for its academic success, modern facilities, and supportive community ethos .
