The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding secondary school requires an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher (ECT Support) to join its highly successful Science faculty. The school provides excellent lab resources and a highly effective induction programme to support a teacher specialising in the physical sciences at KS4. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope General Science: Instructing all three Sciences at Key Stage 3. KS4 Focus: Specialising in Chemistry at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Practical Pioneer: Fostering strong investigative skills and ensuring safe, efficient lab practice. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Chemistry. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS), reflecting Inner London weighting. Support: Intensive, bespoke ECT induction and mentoring programme.
