School Business Manager – Haringey Location: Haringey, London Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive About the School This well-established, highly respected school in Haringey combines academic excellence with strong pastoral support and operational efficiency . About the Role We are seeking a strategic, organised, and proactive School Business Manager to oversee finance, operations, and administrative systems. You will play a key role in supporting the leadership team , ensuring the school operates efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and procurement Oversee HR, payroll, and administrative operations Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Support long-term strategic planning Lead and develop administrative and finance staff Provide guidance to senior leadership on operational and financial matters Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is confident, strategic, and highly organised , with experience in school business management, finance, or senior operational roles. You should be able to anticipate challenges, implement effective systems, and work collaboratively with leadership and staff.
