Drama ECT – Girls’ School in Sutton (January Start) Location: Sutton Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale (ECT) A successful and nurturing Girls’ Secondary School in Sutton is recruiting a Drama ECT for a January appointment. About the School Rated Good with Outstanding features, the school offers a supportive environment, attentive pastoral systems, and a thriving creative arts culture. ECTs are fully supported with regular observations and development sessions. About the Drama Department The Drama Department is dynamic, well-resourced, and plays a central role in school events, productions, and showcases. Students are enthusiastic, and the team encourages creativity, performance skills, and confidence-building. The Role Teach Drama across KS3–KS4. Assist with school productions and extracurricular performing arts clubs. Contribute to curriculum development and rehearsals. Requirements PGCE/ITT with QTS by January.
