KS3 Teacher – Wonderful SEN School – Wandsworth Role: KS3 Teacher Nature: Full-Time, Permanent Start: April 2025 or September 2025 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A wonderful SEN school in Wandsworth is looking for a passionate and dedicated KS3 Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, teaching students with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a wonderful SEN school in Wandsworth Teach a broad and engaging KS3 curriculum tailored to the needs of students with SEN Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress Work closely with SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and therapists to provide a holistic learning experience Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports each student’s individual learning journey Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching KS3 students, preferably within an SEN setting Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, behaviour management, and inclusive practices A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting students with additional needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
