Job description
Head of English - Lead an Outstanding Department in Newham! An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and passionate leader to head our English department in Newham. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of literary excellence and driving student achievement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the English department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. Develop and implement an innovative and engaging English curriculum. Mentor and support English teachers, promoting professional growth. Analyze student data and implement strategies to improve outcomes. Lead on departmental assessment and examination preparation.
