Job description
Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join a highly successful independent school in West London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, overseeing the maintenance, safety and day-to-day operation of the school campus. Site Manager required on a full-time basis Independent co-educational day school with excellent reputation Well-established facilities team with strong leadership support Supportive environment with engaged staff and pupils The successful Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure and maintained to a high standard. Duties include managing the site team, coordinating contractors, overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring the school complies with all health and safety regulations. Experience and Qualifications • Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Facilities Manager or Senior Caretaker • Strong understanding of building maintenance and site compliance • Experience managing contractors and maintenance projects • Reliable, organised and able to work independently • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This independent co-educational day school in West London educates approximately 600 pupils aged 11–18 and is known for its strong academic results and supportive community. The campus features modern teaching facilities, well-maintained sports fields and specialist teaching spaces. The school takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. • Around 600 pupils aged 11–18 with excellent behaviour • Well-maintained campus including sports facilities and outdoor spaces • Strong academic reputation with high university progression • Supportive leadership and collaborative staff culture • Staff benefits including free lunches during term time and on-site parking Salary £36,000 – £52,000 depending on experience.
