About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, covering biology, chemistry, and physics. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate practical experiments and real-world applications of science. Facilitate scientific investigations and encourage students to develop their experimental skills. Assess student progress through practical work, written assignments, and examinations. Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and participate in departmental meetings. Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as science clubs and field trips, to enhance student learning. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Science. Proven experience teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities. Strong practical and experimental skills, with the ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
