Physics Teacher – Lambeth – Help Students See the Universe Differently Imagine a classroom buzzing with curiosity, where students are captivated by the fundamental laws that govern our universe. An Outstanding secondary school in Lambeth is seeking a Physics Teacher who can create that kind of magic. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to ignite a lifelong passion for science in young minds. The Story You'll Help Write: As the new Physics Teacher , you'll be a key player in a thriving Science department. You'll guide students through Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, helping them master concepts from mechanics to quantum physics. Your lessons will be engaging, challenging, and – most importantly – inspiring. This is a full-time, permanent role, paid on the MPS/UPS scale. You'll be helping students achieve at an Outstanding level. Your Role: Crafting and delivering dynamic Physics lessons. Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. Providing regular and effective feedback to students. Contributing to the ongoing development of the Physics curriculum. Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated science educators. Becoming a great Physics Teacher Who We're Looking For: A qualified Physics Teacher with QTS. Someone with a proven track record of teaching Physics at the secondary level, including A-Level. An individual with a deep understanding of Physics and a contagious enthusiasm for the subject. A teacher with excellent communication and classroom management skills. A graduate with a degree in Physics or a very closely related discipline. Wanting to work in a amazing school.
