SEN Teacher – Remarkable Secondary School – Brent Role: SEN Teacher Nature: Full-Time, Permanent Start: ASAP or September 2025 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A remarkable secondary school in Brent is seeking an inspiring and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a school that is committed to providing a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students with a range of special educational needs (SEN) . As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in ensuring that all students, regardless of their needs, can thrive academically and socially. Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position in a highly regarded secondary school in Brent Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students with a variety of special educational needs , including learning difficulties and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH) Provide personalized learning experiences and adapt the curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student Work closely with SEN support staff , teaching assistants, and external professionals to ensure effective intervention and support Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every student is encouraged to reach their potential Monitor and assess student progress , adjusting teaching methods and support strategies as required Collaborate with parents and external agencies to provide holistic support for students’ academic and emotional development Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential Experience teaching students with SEN in a secondary school setting A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with additional needs Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and the ability to differentiate lessons effectively Excellent communication, organizational , and collaboration skills Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
