Are you an experienced and motivated LKS2 Teacher looking for a new challenge in a high-achieving school? Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to LKS2 pupils, focusing on core subjects and skills development. Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in every student. Assess and track student progress regularly, providing feedback and creating action plans for improvement. Use innovative teaching strategies to maintain engagement and cater to diverse learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance overall school performance. Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to support students' academic and personal growth. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching practice and leadership skills. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching in LKS2 (Years 3-4) with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. A passion for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration within the school community.
