Job description
Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Sales Controller to join and work with our Chery dealership in Romford, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time 5 day a week, permanent basis , with a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £50,000 reporting to the Sales Manager. Why Allen Motor Group? We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience: ü Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals ü A strong desire to be involved in the sales process from the start, ability to speak to customers and close deals. ü Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills ü Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance ü A drive to meet and exceed targets ü Full UK driving licence Key Responsibilities and Duties · Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team · Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards · Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge · Carrying out part exchange appraisals · Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset At Allen Motor Group, we drive an inclusive workplace, respecting and encouraging applications from every background.
