The Role You’ll Play As a Psychology Teacher , you’ll be delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students at KS4 and KS5 . You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead engaging lessons on topics such as mental health, cognition, and behavioural psychology. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages independent thinking. Take on a TLR with responsibilities for contributing to the leadership and development of the Psychology department . Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to drive improvement. Collaborate with other teachers to continuously improve teaching methods and resources. What We’re Looking For Degree in Psychology or a related subject PGCE/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students Leadership experience or potential for TLR responsibilities Why Choose Our School?
