Spanish Teacher (KS5 Leadership) - Lead Advanced Spanish inRedbridge

Lead and inspire advanced Spanish learning in our outstanding Redbridge school! TLR available. We are seeking a passionate and committed Spanish Teacher with a focus on KS5 leadership to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant leadership responsibilities with a TLR in our A-Level provision. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a focus on A-Level. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment, particularly for KS5 students. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learners, especially at A-Level. Lead the development of the Spanish curriculum and resources for A-Level. TLR responsibilities available for a candidate demonstrating strong leadership potential in KS5. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Spanish (or a related subject). Proven experience teaching Spanish at secondary level, with a strong emphasis on A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Spanish curriculum, especially at KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
