The Role Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons Supporting practical science lessons with a strong focus on safety and understanding Developing confident classroom routines and positive behaviour management Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to inform teaching Working closely with experienced colleagues within the Science department The Ideal Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be on track to qualify as an ECT A degree in a Science-related subject The ability to teach general Science across KS3 and KS4 A positive, reflective approach to teaching and learning Willingness to take feedback on board and develop professionally Good organisation skills and a calm, professional teaching style School Information This dynamic secondary school in Oxford is known for its positive ethos, supportive leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
