Job description
Borough: Harrow Contract: Permanent, Full-Time | Start: ASAP Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum The Opportunity This highly regarded secondary academy in Harrow is looking for a Receptionist who prioritises student welfare. The Reception is the pastoral heart of the school, and the leadership team needs an empathetic individual to manage this vital hub. Role & Responsibilities Student Desk: Managing student queries throughout the school day and distributing replacement timetables. First Aid: Acting as a Lead First Aider for minor injuries and managing the school’s medical room (full training provided). Medical Records: Maintaining accurate records of student medication and individual healthcare plans (IHCPs). Coordination: Working with Year Leaders to track and support students who are unwell.
