About the Role We are looking for an engaging Psychology Teacher to join our department in Worcester. If you have a passion for teaching students about the human mind, behaviour, and the science behind it, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join us in nurturing the curiosity and analytical skills of our students in KS4 and KS5 . What Makes This Role Unique? Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging Psychology lessons to students in KS4 and KS5 , guiding them through key theories, research methods, and applications. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams , using varied and effective teaching strategies. Encourage independent thought and critical analysis through discussions, case studies, and practical experiments. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and forward-thinking curriculum. What You Bring to the Table A degree in Psychology or related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 . Deep knowledge of psychological theories , research methods , and human behaviour . Enthusiasm for inspiring students and making Psychology accessible and engaging.
