Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a specialist focus on A-Level. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, particularly for advanced learners. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles at A-Level. Contribute to the overall success of the Languages department, with a focus on KS5. TLR responsibilities for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
