We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher with a focus on KS5 development to join our Languages department. This role offers the potential to take on leadership responsibilities with a TLR for the right candidate, focusing on our A-Level provision. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3-5, specializing in A-Level. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, especially for advanced learners. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including cultural immersion, to enhance A-Level learning. Lead the development and implementation of innovative A-Level Spanish curriculum. TLR opportunity for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
