Chemistry ECT – Mixed School, Merton (January Start) Location: Merton Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale Start Date: January 2026 A lively and academically ambitious mixed secondary school in Merton is looking to appoint a Chemistry ECT . School Information The school prides itself on excellent behaviour, strong leadership, and a commitment to staff development. ECTs benefit from a supportive science faculty, tailored CPD, and access to modern laboratories and equipment. About the Science Department The department has specialist teachers across all disciplines and a full team of experienced technicians. Practical science is highly valued, and Chemistry students engage in a range of experiments, challenges, and extra-curricular STEM activities. As an ECT, you will receive structured mentoring and shared planning materials.
