Job description
Are you a detail-oriented Finance Officer looking for a meaningful role within a specialist SEN school, where your work directly supports pupils, staff, and day-to-day school operations? Role Overview A well-established SEN school in Lambeth is seeking a reliable and organised Finance Officer to join the school on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is central to the effective financial management of the school, supporting budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day finance processes. Key Details SEN school based in Lambeth Full-time, permanent position School-based finance role supporting senior leadership Education or SEN experience desirable The Role Working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team, you will support all aspects of the school’s financial operations. Responsibilities will include processing invoices and purchase orders, monitoring budgets, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring financial procedures are followed accurately. This role would suit a Finance Officer who is organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy school environment.
