Job description
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2) Teacher to join a fantastic school in Lambeth, starting in April 2025. This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility for the right candidate. Interviews will be held as soon as possible, so don’t miss this opportunity! What You’ll Be Doing: Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Upper KS2 pupils. Implementing effective teaching strategies to inspire and challenge students. Monitoring progress, assessing learning, and providing constructive feedback. Creating an inclusive classroom that encourages participation, respect, and a love for learning. Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and share best practices. Building strong relationships with parents and guardians to support student progress. Engaging in staff training, meetings, and wider school initiatives. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Upper KS2, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. A dynamic and enthusiastic educator who can motivate and inspire young learners. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a passion for continuous professional development.
