Job description
A thriving academy school in Greenwich, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher . This full-time, permanent position begins in April/September 2025 (or sooner) and offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire a love for music within a diverse and engaged student body. The Role Inspire & Engage : Deliver engaging and differentiated music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a passion for music and developing students' musical abilities. Innovative Teaching : Use a range of teaching methods and resources, including interactive technology, instruments, and cultural music studies, to create an engaging and immersive learning experience. Pastoral Involvement : Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their well-being and personal growth. Candidate Profile Qualified Teacher : Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong passion for music education. Subject Expertise : High proficiency in Music, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of music theory, performance, and cultural diversity in music. Engaging Educator : Creative in teaching methods, inspiring students of all abilities. Collaborative Spirit : Work effectively within the department and contribute to the overall success of the Music department.
