Job description
Our client school is seeking a professional and welcoming School Receptionist to join their front office team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and well-organised secondary school in Hampshire. • School Receptionist • Full time • Outstanding School • Hampshire • ASAP start The Role As the School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students. You will ensure the reception area operates efficiently while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting visitors and managing the sign-in process • Answering and directing telephone calls and emails • Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining records • Assisting with attendance and safeguarding procedures • Providing general office support to the leadership and admin team School Information This Outstanding school in Hampshire is known for excellent behaviour, strong academic outcomes, and a positive working culture.
