Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various media, including drawing , painting , printmaking , and digital work . Inspire students to think critically, explore their creativity, and take pride in their work. Support student progress through thoughtful assessment , feedback , and individualized support . Contribute to the wider life of the department by leading art clubs, organising exhibitions, and providing enrichment opportunities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum and share best practices. ✅ What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers who: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Art , Fine Art , or Art & Design . Are passionate about art education and skilled in delivering engaging, student-centred lessons.
