Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging, and age-appropriate learning activities. Observe and assess children’s development, ensuring their individual needs are met. Create a stimulating and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the overall management and organization of the EYFS setting. Requirements: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experience working with children within an EYFS setting. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
