Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for a linguistically gifted MFL ECT (Spanish or French) to join an Outstanding academy in Brent. This school is a leader in academic progress, providing an intellectually stimulating environment for staff and pupils alike. About the Role Start Date: February Half Term 2026. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Teach your lead language across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for A-Level involvement. Engage in a rigorous ECT training programme that is widely considered a "gold standard" in the borough. About the School Located in Brent , this academy offers a scholarly atmosphere where pupils are courteous and proud of their community. The school is known for its "at home" atmosphere where prospective teachers consistently comment on the welcoming and happy environment. Requirements QTS and a degree in French, Spanish, or relevant Languages. Ability to hit the ground running with a "can-do" attitude. Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary and Benefits M1 salary offered (£40,317) , with negotiation for a higher scale available if previous teaching experience is involved.
