Job description
An innovative and enthusiastic Computing Teacher is required to join a well-regarded Independent co-educational school in Brent. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop strong computational thinking and digital literacy skills. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver stimulating Computing Teacher lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Prepare students effectively for GCSE Computer Science examinations and practical assessments. Foster a creative and problem-solving learning environment, encouraging innovation in technology. Assess and monitor student progress in Computing, providing constructive feedback to support their learning. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Computer Science or Computing. Demonstrated experience teaching Computing at Key Stages 3 and 4. A strong and comprehensive understanding of programming languages and computer systems. Excellent communication and instructional skills, capable of making complex concepts accessible to all learners. Benefits Inner London Payscale.
