Key Responsibilities: Teach Psychology across KS4 & KS5, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons. Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that inspire, challenge, and support students. Use data-driven assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback. Contribute to the department’s curriculum development and extracurricular activities. Maintain high expectations for student behaviour, achievement, and engagement. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and progress. Requirements: Qualified Psychology Teacher with the ability to teach at KS4 & KS5. Holds a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching Psychology. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
