Job description
School Administrator – Co-Educational Secondary School – Croydon Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive – based on experience A large, inclusive 11–18 mixed secondary school in Croydon is seeking a highly organised School Administrator to support daily operations across the school office. You will play a key role in communication, data management, attendance monitoring and frontline contact with students, parents and staff. Key Responsibilities Managing emails, phone enquiries and internal communication systems Preparing documents, letters, reports and maintaining accurate student records Supporting admissions, attendance and general office administration Assisting with meetings, minute-taking and parental correspondence The School Known for excellent pastoral care and a strong community atmosphere, the school values professionalism, efficiency and a welcoming front-of-house presence. The admin team is well-structured and supportive, offering ongoing training and progression pathways.
