We're partnering with a top performing Independent school in Southwark to find an exceptional Drama Teacher to join their high-achieving department. This role is available as either a full-time or part-time position for an ASAP/April 2025 Start. About the Role As a Drama Teacher, you will: Inspire a love of learning: Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that ignite a passion for Drama in KS3 and KS4 students. Foster problem-solving skills: Guide students to develop critical thinking and analytical abilities through challenging and rewarding activities. Champion individual growth: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, providing personalized support and guidance to help each student reach their full potential. Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching strategies, and contribute to the ongoing success of the Art department. About You A Drama enthusiast: You possess a deep passion for the subject and an infectious enthusiasm that motivates students. An exceptional educator: You are an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success in teaching Drama at KS4-KS4.
