About the Humanities Teacher Position We are seeking an outstanding Humanities Teacher to join our dedicated and passionate team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a range of Humanities subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially including History, Geography, Religious Studies, and Citizenship. As a Humanities Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Humanities lessons that cater to a range of learning styles. Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where students feel confident to explore Humanities subjects and develop their critical thinking skills. Assess and monitor student progress in Humanities , providing constructive feedback and support. Contribute to the development of the Humanities curriculum and departmental resources. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Humanities teaching. The Ideal Humanities Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in a Humanities subject or a related field. Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level. A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Humanities subjects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for Humanities and a commitment to inspiring students.
