Job description
English ECT required to work on a full-time position from January 2026 Good mixed school based in Leeds English ECT to join a creative and supportive department Our Client is looking for an English ECT to work within a high-performing comprehensive school in Leeds. The successful candidate will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive full support throughout their induction year. School Information This 11–18 comprehensive serves around 1,150 students and maintains excellent academic standards, with 93% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The English department encourages creativity, debate, and critical thinking through literature and language study. ECTs benefit from structured mentoring, reduced timetables, and weekly progress meetings.
